What do I need to bring with me when picking up?

Please have your confirmation number or order number and name ready when picking up your order.

Can I purchase anything in-store?

At this time, we are not accepting walk-in orders. However, we will always try and accommodate same-day orders placed over the phone. Please call us at 323-422-8885 to discuss if a same-day order can be accommodate and to schedule a pick-up appointme

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can place orders of any kind over the phone. Please note that standard orders for products listed on our website are best placed online, otherwise additional custom order fees may apply.

Is there parking at your location?

How do I track my order once it ships or goes out for delivery?

For items shipped nationwide, you will receive a tracking number via email. For local deliveries, our routing app will alert you when you order is out for delivery. If you have questions or need to inquire about your delivery time, please call us at

How far in advance can I place an order?

You may place an order days, weeks and even months in advance via our website. For custom orders, we suggest that you place your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure our cake artists can accommodate your request. This is especially important

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. We do not receive EBT payments. Payments via Check: The check must be sent prior to the order date to ensure it is valid.

How do I make changes to my order once I’ve placed it online?

Depending on the nature of your request and when it was placed or when it is destined to go out, we may be able to make changes to an existing order. Contact our Customer Care team at hello@sweetesbakeshop to discuss.

What types of files do you accept when I send my photo references over?

We prefer png, pdf, jpeg, or jpg. Preferably in high resolution to avoid any errors on images when printing and that you get the best quality.
